The FiberFox Mini 60A is a compact precision cleaver engineered for fast, repeatable fibre preparation across field and production workflows. The mechanism uses a single push action to tension and cleave the fibre in one controlled motion. The platform maintains a consistent cleave angle within 0.5 degrees for single fibre and ribbon formats.
The base integrates a digital counter for accurate blade life tracking, along with an auto chip collector to contain fibre waste. A rotating blade wheel offers quick indexing across positions during the full 60,000 cut lifespan. The modular holders support 250 µm, 900 µm and 3 mm single fibre cable, and up to 12-fibre ribbon using the interchangeable ribbon holder.
Its compact form factor and stable chassis design support precise cleaving with minimal setup time for splicing, termination and ribbon preparation.
